How do I delete my account or data?

Email support@softcl.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll process the request within 30 days as required under UK GDPR.

How do I request a copy of my data?

Under UK GDPR you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Email us at support@softcl.com with the subject "Data access request" and we'll respond within 30 days.

How do I report a bug or suggest a feature?

Use the same email address — support@softcl.com. We read every message even if we can't implement every request.

I'm having trouble with billing or a refund

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are handled by Apple and Google respectively. Refund requests must go through them:
